Terms of Sale

Last updated 17 September 2026

These terms apply when you buy from bespokefragrances.uk, or order from us by WhatsApp or email. Please read them before ordering — by placing an order you agree to them. If you're buying as a consumer, nothing here affects your legal rights.

4. Prices and payment

5. Offers, promo codes and samples

6. Delivery

7. Cancellations and returns

You can cancel an unopened order within 14 days of receiving it, and you're always covered if anything is faulty, damaged or wrong. Because of hygiene rules, fragrance that has been unsealed after delivery can't be returned just because you've changed your mind. The full details — including how to return items and how refunds are calculated — are in our Returns & Refunds policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. If something is wrong with your order

We're required by law to supply products that are as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If something isn't, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including a refund within 30 days, and a repair, replacement or refund after that. See our Returns & Refunds policy for how to get it put right.

9. Our responsibility to you

10. Events outside our control

If our ability to fulfil your order is affected by something beyond our reasonable control — such as courier strikes, severe weather or supplier failure — we'll tell you as soon as possible and do what we can to minimise the delay. If the delay is substantial, you can cancel and receive a refund for anything you've paid but not received.

13. Problems and disputes

If you have a problem, please contact us first — most things can be sorted quickly. If we can't resolve it, you can get independent advice from Citizens Advice on 0808 223 1133 or at citizensadvice.org.uk.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts of your home nation.
